Michael Perez | Regional Training Director

My name is Michael Perez, Fitness Director of Parkway Athletic Club. I’ve been a trainer for over 17 years and have been working out for over 21 years.  My passion is helping empower others to develop and build positive relationships with food, fitness, and life! I come from a sports clinical background and have adapted my training style to work with any health and fitness background. I specialize in body transformation, athletic performance, and clinical rehabilitation. I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and a M.S. in Exercise Physiology. I am currently certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist and a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. My goal is to empower all my clients to see that success and growth is absolutely achievable, with the right plan, modifications, and encouragement.

Yooo! Cedric Kirby here! Been in the business of gettin’ fit since September of 2015 and have already achieved my goals of helping numerous amounts of people! Fitness has been in my life since I was a young boy. As my Dad would often take me out running the hills and mountain paths in Rural Nevada where I grew up. These building blocks would help me excel in sports some years down the road. Which would then inspire me to help people achieve the pinnacle of their body’s performance and health. It has been a great honor helping those in my local community! I look forward to helping many more along their journey and building an even stronger, healthier Nevada.

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer & NCSF Strength Coach. I have a strong desire to learn and apply. I am more than capable of training private or group. I’m also great with both youth and elder populations. Whatever your fitness journey is, I am more than happy to be your guide! So let’s build YOU up healthier and stronger!

Jason Alt | Certified Personal Trainer

My name is Jason Alt. Fitness and training have always been a part of my life from childhood sports to competitive boxing and bodybuilding. I have participated in the Olympic trials and won the Nevada State Golden Glove as well as back-to-back World Championships along with numerous other titles and achievements.

After years of hard work and competing against top-level athletes, I decided to use my skills and experience to give back to the community as a coach and personal trainer. With over 20 years of experience in boxing, weight training, and strength and conditioning; whatever your fitness goals are, I can get you there.
